Vivre en Ville, an association for sustainable urban, rural and village development, in partnership with the other project initiators, members of Partenariat Climat Montréal (The “Partners”), take your privacy and the protection of your Personal Information seriously.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes our privacy practices, the types of Personal Information we may receive or collect from you and how we use, disclose, host and secure it, so that you can make informed choices.

This Policy applies to the Chauffermieux.com Website (the “Website”), the development of which was coordinated by Vivre en Ville on behalf of the Partenariat Climat Montréal's Buildings Working Group. However, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that the rights and obligations described in this Policy do not cover third-party websites that may be linked to or mentioned on the Website. With our employees

With strategic partners

During a business transaction

Vivre en Ville and the Partners may hold your Personal Information in jurisdictions other than your province, territory or country of residence, including Canada, the United States and the province of Quebec. Vivre en Ville and the Partners may also outsource the processing of, or share your Personal Information with, third parties in jurisdictions other than your province, territory or country of residence. In such cases, we try to limit access to Personal Information by third parties to what is necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them. Please remember that we also strive to establish contractual agreements with these agents and service providers to ensure the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information.
