The tool is aimed at individuals and businesses, tenants, owner-occupants, landlords and managers of small residential and commercial buildings.
Note: this version of the tool does not include cafés, restaurants, hotels / motels, warehouses, schools or light industrial activities (e.g., manufacturing, cleaner / laundry, etc.).
This tool is applicable to any dwelling, commercial premises, office or multi-unit residential building with a surface area of less than 2,000 square metres and fewer than 25 units, located in Greater Montréal.
Led by Partenariat Climat Montréal and coordinated by Vivre en Ville, this project was made possible with the financial support of the Fonds Climat du Grand Montréal, Hydro-Québec and Natural Resources Canada.
Co-initiated by the Partenariat Climat Montréal's Buildings Working Group, the tool was developed by Dunsky Energy + Climate with the support of Concordia's Next Generation Cities Institute and École de Technologie Supérieure, as well as Energir, Hydro-Québec and Ville de Montréal.
